All health departments in the State of California require managers and supervisors to have an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) certified Food Safety manager on premises.

This class will prepare you for the 4.5 hour ServSafe Manager Food Safety certification, including a 1.5 hour practice exam. Enroll in advance to receive a study guide and increase your chances of passing the test. Bring current ID or you will be turned away. A half-hour lunch will be provided.
